Which heads should I use?

Currently I am running a set of 289 heads. I do not know if they are hi-po are not, but the seller said they were. I also have a set of 302 heads that were ported and polished, but I dont know what size they were worked too. Finally, I have a set of stock 302 heads with the rockers mounted on a rail with low miles.


Out of these three, which ones would be the best for me to use?

If it really does have the 289 hi-po i would leave them on there.

The "HIPO " Head have a dish CAST into the heads for the valve springs !! I mean "CAST" ok?? there are a lot of 289 head that are passed off as hipo!! Unless there are screw in studs and guide plates ( easily done by shops) and have a CAST spring cup for the valve spring,,, they are NOT the K code 289 Hipo.... cool??
