what would be a good carb intake to use with trick flow heads?
my cam specs:
druation, in-212 ex-222(advertised-in.289 ex-300), lift, in.491 ex.509
i was thinking weiand stealth. and a demon 650.

or what about converting to EFI and using a trick flow intake? (huge PITA i know, but I would have plenty of help)
what all would be needed to convert to efi?
harness/computer
MAF, and all the other sensors
fuel rails/lines
in tank pickup/pump
upper and lower intake

I say go efi, especially if you drive the car alot.
Besides, IMO it adds value to the car.

EFI your going to need an 86 harness and then put the mass air stuff onto it. A computer from an 89 gt as well. Upper and lower intake. Fuelrails, injectors, Fuel pump and relays, Possibly new gas lines but im not ure about that..

Leave it simple and carbed if you want to drive it. I think they are too many variables and little bugs with an EFI convert.

woody, I used a summit brand air gap knockoff (professional products) and I use a 650 holley dp. My cam is the TFS stg 1 and I have the fms gt40 x303's. My car rapes from idle to 6k. Just my .02

I would stay carbed on an 85 just because its the last year that was carburated. I've heard really good things about the Weiand Stealth, so thats probably what I would use.
