Which is clutch disc is better; dual friction or kevlar?

I'm wondering which would be better as in longevity and performance. I've heard good things about both. The engine is a 302 w/ DO0E 351 heads w/ and Edelbrock performer RPM cam and intake, this should give you and idea what I'm looking for.

Im producing 300ish FWHP and using an organic clutch. No problems at all and much nicer feel than the kevlar I was using.

i just talked to a guy running almost the exact same setup as you and i believe he used kevlar

I've got a Centerforce dual friction in my 89 Ranger. It's been there for about 5 years now. Behind two engines, one a mild torquey Explorer level 5.0 and a 331. Good stuff. Shows no signs of giving up. Went thru two HD 94-95 Stang discs before this one

something must of been wrong then, this is the first time i have heard anything bad about centerforce dual friction, how did it fail btw?
in my 85 gt i broke 3 t5 trans, blown apart a set of diff gears and traction loc, broke a drive shaft, and cracked a flywheel from heat abuse. clutch still shows little sign of wear, i will be using it in my 65 next and im confident it will last a few more years of abuse.

best clutch on the market imo
