Hey guys, I wanted to get some LT headers pretty soon. But Ive heard that if you have to do a clutch you need to remove the LTs to drop the tranny? Is that true with all of the brands of LT's? I wanted to go with Bassani LTs. Thanks for the help guys.

There are a couple brands that you do not have to remove the trans. I think most all you have to go is loosen the pas. side header to do it. Or you could just put a clutch in when you do the long tubes

Yea Im going to do a Tubular K-member and clutch when Im doing Longtubes....But if I had to do a clutch a few years later down the road, it'd be nice if I didnt have to yank the LT's...lol

Slp longtubes with slp catted x...like 1100 for the pair if lower. youll need to drop the kmember, take out the starter, unbolt the steering shaft and lower the engine to put them in...nothing to do with the tranny.
