Which Master Cylinder should I use running disk front and rear. I just installed 10 1/4" front discs (Scarebird kit) and am still trying to decide on the rear.

Will it be an issue if I change to the new dual bowl master cylinder 1st and prior to changing the rear from drum to disc?

I also need to know what proportioning valve to use, which is the cheapest and where to buy, thanks!!!!!!!!

Master Cylinder

I use a MC from the 1994/95 Cobra and a Baer proportioning valve.
There is a ton of info at Mustang Steve's website.
FYI FORD - MustangSteve's Ford Mustang Forum

You can use the MC with disc/drum just adjust the proportioning valve. once you switch to disc/disc depending on the ones you use you may have to put in a residual pressure valve. Gets kind of complicated but the guys at Master Power Brakes will help you out.

Here is my setup

This what I will install this weekend, any tips on the petal linkage or is it a direct bolt in? I will be asking you a lot of questions over the next few moths as we will have a very similar set up, thanks!!!

I forgot to ask this question and no one has mentioned it?

Since I have a single bowl MC, which distribution block should I get? I prefer to by a cheap factory block or pull one from a yard vs. paying $$ for a custom brand block.

I plan to order the SSBC Brake Proportioning Valve after I solve this question, thanks!

I used the factory distribution block for the front wheels and plugged the rear port. Then I ran a SSBC adjustable proportioning valve for the rear.
