Heres some good advice:

Go to a few local Mustang Shops and ask them what dealers to go to for warranty work. Alot of Ford mechanics will do mods-on-the-side for extra cash and also they tend not to void the warranty because of a few bolt-on parts.

Also, look at dealerships that sell aftermarket parts like Roush and Ford Motorsport. These Dealers don't look under your hood and say "your K&N Filter just cost you your warranty". These Dealers know better. Why? Cause they sell theses parts at the partscounter.

mustanglife, if i were u i would go to a different dealership, shifter and pulleys shouldnt void your warranty unless you have a dealership full of pricks. A guy i know that works at ford said the main things that ford voids warrantys over are k&n airfilters and chips

K&N Air filters?

Never heard of a warranty being voided for that...

With the couple of mods I have on my car, it's been to the dealership for warranty work plenty of times... just give em' some ****..

they think that the oil you put on the filter gets inside the manifold and ends up creating more warranty work for the dealer

You need to seriously think about re-choosing your mods.

Like swich from the 3.73's to 4.10's. Everybody that thinks about gears before they have them believes 4.10's are to extreme until you get them. If you put 3.73's in your car you will wish you had 4.10's.

Don't get a catted-x pipe. get a off-road x-pipe.

Bolt-on mods don't kill your car. Superchargers, Nitrous, And Tubros kill your car along with racing.

underdrive pulleys and a short throw shifter along with some tire rubber voided my whole drivetrain warranty with only 800 miles on my car.

What do you mean "along with some tire rubber" ?? Why would a shifter void the warranty? And if it does, why wouldn't you just swap the shifter back out before taking it to the dealer for warranty work????

I dont know what everyone is talking about dealers and warrantys ... dealers love warranty work the get a fat check from ford probly every month for easy work.. I took mine in and they were replacing things i didnt even complain about.

I don't know, they may try to tell you that they soaked up too much heat and caused your AC to fail...

The list of mods you have should get you some fairly decent gains without significantly impacting your reliability, but you don't want to take your car in for any kind of warrany work with any of those items on there. These days the bean counters at Ford are itching to get their Christmas bonus by finding a way to steal your warranty from you.

Yeah ... there are some cool ones out there too. I had a couple coil packs go bad and my dealer replaced them under warranty no ?s asked with all my mods except for the Plasma Booster I didn't have on at that time ... that might've been a reason to hassle me since it ties-in with the coils.
