which MSD distributor should i buy?

i have a 90 mustang that was 5.0 from the factory, and has a crane fireball ignition box and coil. Which MSD distributor should i buy?

MSD 8456. I have one in my 88.

are you sure everything is the same and it will work with the crane stuff?

Yeah. Basically you just unplug the wire harness from the TFI connector on the stocker, pull it out, put the MSD in and plug the TFI connector back in. It shouldn't matter which box is being used since all the ones I have seen make all their electrical connections at the coil.
