Which Parking Brake for a 5 Lug conversion? Also with Leather Parking Boot???

Hey guys, i'm buying a leather parking brake handle/assembly and the leather boot.

First, how do you guys adapt the leather boot from a 2001(For example) Mustang to our fox parking brake/center console?

2nd, Which parking brake handle/assembly do i want to buy? the 79-93 one or the 94 and up one? I remember when doing my M-2300-k brake kit i had to weld up my parking brake on a different notch for it to work according to the instructions. Can i just buy a replacement for 94 and up handle and not have to weld? I mean what year handle would you use when doing a 5 lug conversion? Ideally the 94 and up right?

You can use a Handle up to 98 as they are the same, I bought a Leather one from a 98 Cobra and then cut the Spring and Welded the Pawl and it works great!
