I don't see why you would have to have a special hose

im thinking length and the position of the metal sleeve on the hose. the stock one is too long I think (by looking at it after install of the ac delete kit)

The AC delete with PS relocation kit does not require replacing the PS hose.

You shouldn't have to replace the hose I've used the frpp kit on two different foxbodies and never had to do anything with the ps line

i'll have to post pics of how the ps hose is ran in conjunction with the bracket that secures it to the frame rails..im thinking some of you have it hanging loose (nothing securing the hose from the pump to the rack). also, because the pump moved up, my return hose is stretched to where there is very little wiggle play (but thats a simple cut to fit fix when i buy a new hose). pics soon

The difference is the non- a/c hose is a tad bit longer to compensate for the higher position of the pump. If you unbolt the line from the frame rail, the original hose will work fine, but the metal part does rub on the bracket slightly. I never had an issue with mine but it bothered me not having the hose secured to the rail.

I purchased a non AC line to replace my original, but then reinstalled my AC which lowered the pump again.

Btw I would not buy either of those and go to rock auto.com and buy a Gates hose and get the 5% discount code that's everywhere. But I'd get the one for without AC in your case
