I need help deciding which rims will look best on my car. I need your opinions. I have an Atlantic Blue 00GT and the rims I'm deciding on are:
18" Anthracite DD FR500's which are my 1st choice,
18" Silver Saleens
18" White Saleens

Can someone please help. These aren't the greatest pictures of my car because they were taken at a meet in NC so there are also other cars in the pictures but i think you can get the idea from them.

I can post more pics of the meet also if you want me to. Thanks for any help.

i would go with either DD FR500 in black or Anthracite, DD Bullits in black or Anthracite, last but not least Black saleens. I favor dark color rims on dark color cars IMO

I used to want chrome saleens but I just don't like chrome anymore. I know they would look good but the stock silve looks great with the blue so that's why one of my choices are silve saleens. Plus where i live chrome woul be a PITA to keep up with. I already have to wash my car 3 times a week just so it looks only halfway like crap

That's what i was thinking too. I saw white ones on a blue 05 GT in MM&SF once and they looked so good.

i vote anthracite fr500's DD's in back, and move the wing on your car back a bit.

EDIT: and now that i more closely looked at the angle picture of your car....some caster camber plates to make your front wheels straight....dont the insides of your tires wear like crazy?

The steeda ultralights wouldnt look half bad at all on your car, or even the ones they sell on MM site. And the weight reduction wouldnt hurt either. And I would remove the spoiler in the back and go for the sleeper look.

I would vote for the DD FR500's they are sexy. or you could save your money and trade me your wheels for my wheels. I have some 18" chrome bullett wheels. But that is just a thought.

I actually have MM caster camber plates. I just have the tops set in Neg. camber because i love to autocross too much. The old tires wore pretty quick but i've cut down on drive time on the new ones so they hav't started yet. Eventually I will se them back to normal.

Don't you already have an atlantic blue 00GT? But Maybe if i get a good offer because that bould be a good down payment on a Termi Even though im in love with this car.

Hey FoxRod87, You really want mine? That's a great deal on my part. I dont know how good of a deal that would be to you but you've got me very interested in that deal. I would go with that.

I think the chrome saleens would look good on your car and I'm not a fan of chrome either. As far as the choices you've listed id go with the FR500's all the way.

Thanks for your opinions guys. I like the feedback i got. Flyboy I will probably take you up on that offer. I figure if i sell my car to XxMustang281xX n get the black cobra i want, they will look sexy as h*ll too because they looked so good on your black gt R.I.P.

They'd look good on this car too!

I had a tru blue 2001 gt before i sold it, and then i bought an 2000 black gt, but when i had the Blue, i was gonna go with the Chrome Saleens, im going 18x9 and 18x10 in the back, i think they make any color look good, but on the blue cars, they just insaneellly stand out. I know it wasnt one of your choices, but look up pictures on google or something, youll see what i mean. Dont do the fr500 anthracites if your looking for double takes when someone passes your car.

I personally think the anthracite is just completely boring, but thats my personal choice, go with what you feel best suits YOUR style and YOUR car, but i vote for the chrome saleens.

The very few Blue mustang pics i have seen usually have chrome saleens and they do look amazing. So maybe i might just have to get them since most everybody thinks they mould look good.
