Which seats fit a Fox?

in reponse to 04 sleeper, the flat steel works well if you can run a drill, center punch and a tape meausre, all within the grasp of a most people, my seats are not "cheap" and the design saved me some bumps and brusies in my wreck, which the low bolstered stock style will not, so good luck with that

Wow...I never would have guessed seats from a current gen stang would fit in a fox. They just bolt in, no modification what so ever? Thats crazy! Looks like I needs to hit the junkyard.

wiring help on 2000 GT seats into a fox

i know this is an old thread, but i just found the site and need some help.

new guy here with a question for 04sleeper. you had a post with a picture on how you wired your seats in a fox. picture is no longer on the post, do you still have the photo and if so could you please repost it for me. have a set of 2000 seats to put in my 93 vert.

intro: name is Jon and i live in Front Royal, Va. currently drive a 93 GT Vert that is a one owner car, nearing 70,000 miles. not many mods, cervinis cobra r hood and grill insert, new deck lid, spoiler (90's limited edition style), and svo tailights. car has been painted redfire. engine is still stock.

any help with the wiring would be greatly appreciated.

I will be putting a set of these in mine next week. I found my stock power source under the carpet. How much of a hassle is wiring that? 5 minute job? What supplies are needed? I can't tell which is from the seats, which is from the car, and which is wired in?

Any help appreciated!

Less than 5 min if you have the stuff together. The connector attached to the metal bar is on the seat. The one below is the lumbar plug. All you need is 3 pieces of wire about 6-8" long or so, two spade connectors (male or female, depending on your car) for the lumbar side, and 3 bullet connectors (the round ones with female plugs) for the power seat side. The two wires - green and grey- that are connected together at the lumbar plug are the power wires for the rack and lumbar, and the single white wire is the ground.
