which spark plugs to get for trick flow top end

93 5.0 with stock block, I need to know what spark plugs and gap to get for the street heat top end. I have all supporting mods. Injectors, fuel pump. tb, maf, etc,etc. Thanks

I'd like to know too, I just picked up a set of TW heads (used). Right now I'm using motorcraft plugs with the stock heads.

I should have specified dude. I dont have the kit yet. It should be here tuesday at the latest. So your saying it comes with a lot of this info? I was trying to get all my parts before hand but if this is the case ill just wait.

I was reading some where the the stock plugs are too short or something for the twisted wedge heads.

I have street heat on its way bud. I guess there is no difference in the heads though.

seems like most of there heads for ford small block take the same spark plugs.
for the R series they recommend:
