doesn't your instructions for the heads recommend spark plugs? go with what they recommend
I'd like to know too, I just picked up a set of TW heads (used). Right now I'm using motorcraft plugs with the stock heads.

93 5.0 with stock block, I need to know what spark plugs and gap to get for the street heat top end. I have all supporting mods. Injectors, fuel pump. tb, maf, etc,etc. Thanks
For Track Heat heads Trickflow recommends

I looked up the info @ http://www.trickflow.com/product/pr_newproducts.asp
seems like most of there heads for ford small block take the same spark plugs.
