What brand of springs has anyone used? I know Eibach and H&R and plenty others are out there, I'd just like some firsthand feedback on what works; how much it dropped the car and how much ride quality was effected.

H&R Super Sports here and I love them! The drop is about 1.7/1.9 which almost evens out the car. The ride is not harsh but if you do hit a big bump you feel it due to the lack of travel in the stock shocks/struts. I am switching those to some new ones later.

Kris- your car makes me think I made the wrong decision!

I havent heard anything bad about the Eibachs. I just prefer a lower drop then the pro-kit gives. I have had Eibachs on my 97 Cobra and it about beat me to death (they were the super sports). I also had H&R's on my 03 Cobra and they were amazing! I love the ride and the abitlity to take corners at the speed of my choice.....he he he!

I went with Steeda rear springs and left stock on the front. I didn't want a lot of drop and I wanted to level the car out. The back dropped 1-1/16".

If you want a lower look, you can take a look at intrax springs.... they claim to drop the car 2" on front and back.... should be interesting to watch.... somebody here on the forum bought this springs.... hope he sees this and posts some pics.....

2" huh? That sounds nice, but I think you are gonna pay for that in ride quality. There is another thread on the forum about the Motorsport springs that I am gonna' follow. I have those on 3 of my other stangs (all fox bodies though). I have used el-cheapo springs (Jamex) and you DO get what you pay for. I appreciate all the feedback I can get.

H&R Super Sport Springs

I just ordered a set along with my Tokico D-Specs Struts & Shocks.
Hopefully I made the right decision. From what I've read from other
Mustang owners with H&R Springs on this forum as well other ones
- You can't go wrong with this setup. I plan on getting the rest of my
Suspension done the following week.

How did that affect ride, handling? That's exactly what I want to do but I'm leary abut mixing springs.
Any info would be appriciated. Thanks!
