WHICH SPRINGS???

I want to drop my 06 a little so which springs are the best...Steeda or Eibach Pro's.... I am looking to maintain ride quality but want to improve looks without getting to spungy or solid feeling.

I gotta say that I don't know much about the other choices, but I've been riding on my Pro Kit, along with the Steeda Camber Adjusters, and not only do they give the Stang an awesome stance, but I'm real happy with the ride quality. And I commute in this car 160 mi. a day... on a variety of road surfaces. The new Mustangs sure do look sweet with a drop.

many people have experienced sagging springs with the eibachs.....

I've got the Steeda sport springs, no problems. I think the Eibachs lower the rear a bit more than the Steedas, about 1/2" more.

I heard the Steeda made the car ride a little rough...have you experienced that? I drive 150 miles a day over some less then stellar roads and dont want the stang to turn into a rattle bucket. A 1" drop would be fine....I hate bouncing on speed bumps and around here they make the darn things tall.

Which Steeda springs....the Sport or ultralite?? Whats the difference in ride quality?

I read alot of Mustang boards and that's the first I've heard regarding sagging with Eibachs. I'm sure that whatever springs a guy goes with, somebody has a problem with, or 'heard' something bad about that particular spring.

All I can vouch for is the ride quality, superior to any other springs on a variety of other Stangs I've had, and the very sweet stance my '06 has... thanks to this Eibach Pro Kit.

if you want just a little drop (like I did) you should consider a set of rear springs from Roush Racing

the drop is only about 3/4" to 7/8", and levels the car out perfectly ...

best part is that the Pan Hard needs no adjustment when they're installed

I was looking to drop the entire car about 3/4 to 1" but leveling her may work out just as well since it wont require an alignment....you got a pict??

Did you add Roush all the way around?? The gap up front btwn your tire and fender looks smaller then mine.... Nice stang by the way.....

OK, thanks, I just ran out and looked at my car...my front definately looks like it has a larger gap then yours...weird since I have 18" rims....

Ride is just a tad harsher than stock. Honestly, if you were to ride in it and didn't know it was lowered, you probably can't tell the difference in ride quality from stock.

I guess its matter of taste. The Steeda's still look too high. The Eibach Pro kit definately closed up the gap on mine. It dropped the front about 1.4" and 1.6" in the rear. Very nice. Car looks aggressive. Car bounces a bit more but nothing that is annoying. I would go lower but I have problems driving my car carefully and would probably mess up the bottom.

I have been thinking of trying the ford racing springs as they are much cheaper than the pro kit and they lower 1.5 all around if i remember correctly. If anyone has any pics of how they look please post them

much cheaper?? the prices i have seen are about the same. how much have you found the FRPP selling for?
