MAC RAI (rust air induction) sucks. I had one on my 94 GT, they shipped it with half the parts missing and then the chorme parts were seriously rusted inside once I received them all. The outside looked sweet though, but it was a POS IMO. The filter in the fender well is a major pain in the arse and can easily become water induction if the weather isn't 100% cooperative in your region. I am looking for the best CAI still just like you, I know it won't be MAC for the 03 though.

LOL! That about sums it up. :D Ok, I will say that it does "look good" under the hood though if that is what you are after. The other CAIs which utilize non-metal tubing are slightly better for performance gains IMHO (they don't retain heat nearly as well as metal tubing does).

FWIW: I have had no complaints about my Densecharger CAI, you may want to check it out at www.densecharger.com for further info.

ya i think thats the way im gonna go is densecharger i talked to one of the guys there today he said they were backed up 4 days on orderin but owell atleast i will get some quality parts..and for my u/d pullleys im gonna have to go w/ the steeda pulleys .....
thanks for the help

Definitely go with Steeda pullies. I just put them on my car 2 weeks ago, smooth install, and work great.
As far as the CAI, I am about to install the WMS Velocity kit on mine. I can't comment yet on performance gain, but the quality is top notch.
