190 or 255? If it's 255 do I need the high pressure or standard one? Thanks.

I'd say just get the 255hi-pressure unit right now. It can't hurt you and it will grow with your future mods. GSS307...I think for the 255lph hi-pressure unit.

Thanks for the input guys. Probably next Spring I will drop in a new crate motor. I want something that would go with my future mods but also won't hurt the setup I have now.

Fuel pump

If you're going power adder, its Walbro GSS340 (hi press hi vol) GSS307 is 255lph hi vol reg press. You can use it if you're going to run an FMU.

Since you are going all motor, dont bother with the 255 high pressure. The thing is not worth the extra noise if you dont need it.

190lph if your staying all motor.
255lph regular pressure if youll be adding a shot of nos and you know it.

But I like the 190lph cuse its even quieter than the stock pump.

Are the stock injectors adequate or do I need to upgrade those too?

You can run the stock injectors now. Go to 24's when you put that motor in. Also, you didnt say what crate motor you are putting in. Im just assuming a 302/331. If your talking 351 393 408 stuff then forget all of what we told you, lol.

I've been using the 255 high volume unit for about 18 months with no probs. I went with the high volume cause others reported the high pressure pump was noisy. Mine is pretty quiet but on rare occasions it does whine a bit.
