The Whipple is a twin screw supercharger whereas the Eaton is a roots blower. The Whipple is more efficient and capable of making more boost. Do not try to compare the boost you get from an Eaton running a 2.76 with a Whipple running a 3.00. Two completely different animals.

Maybe you should tell us what exactly it is you want out of your Cobra? You seem to be all over the map and appear as if you're throwing different mods out there willy nilly. Do you want a weekend drag racer? Road cruiser. Daily driver. Road course car. What the heck do you want out of your car? How much HP do you want? How much money do you have to spend?

Chips are yesterdays tech and are getting out-dated quickly. Especially in this day and age of flash tuners. Now if you add a new mod to your car you have to remove the chip and mail it back to the tuner and wait for them to re-burn it and then snail mail it back to you. Whereas a handheld tuner can have a tune emailed to you within hours for less money.

Whipple's can add awesome power, but the blower is only the start, new injectors, tune for sure and new clutch etc.

My shop is Excessive Motorsports in Manassas, VA, I was there 2-3 weeks ago and an 04' Terminator put down 651RWHP and 640 RWTQ with a new whipple, long tubes etc.

This is all cool, but listen to Meat. He knows his stuff, figure out what you want out of the car and then do the mods. The guy who did the whipple in the example above had his Eaton ported a few weeks before, but was not happy with the 500+ RWHP, so he did the whipple. With the tune and labor figure the guy dropped at least 2k that he didn't need to spend if he had gone straight to the whipple.
