Whistling noise after plenum/TB install?

I installed a ported and polished FRPP 70mm TB and a ported/polished factory plenum and now I get a whistle at part throttle. I know this thing is sucking in way more air now, as I can feel the difference in power and I can hear my K&N gasping for air, but the whistle has me puzzled? The ford TB has a little hole in the blade, and the factory one didn't. I don't know if its the angle of the throttle blade creating turbulence and a whistle as it passes thru that hole or if there is some vacuum leak or something. I've heard of other people experiencing this but I just wondered if and what the fix is??? Don't say accufab either:nono:

mine whisteled (c&l) and i checked for leaks....i liked it. Alot of peoples whistle.
I also have a C&L plenum on my car and I get a whistle at part throttle
and below.I also checked for leaks and I didn't have any.
I know my engine is getting more CFM's but, I have no clue where
the sound is coming from you got me their.
The plenums that are notorious for whistling are the C&L,
Dragon,Accufab,and Trickflow plenums.
I think the whistle sound is cool though.
