Ok, I started pulling things in the engine bay to clean, degrease and paint everything, and I saw that around the thermostat is white crap, like foamy mold looking crap, I just put the intake on not that long ago, it does not have the thermostat in it or the gasket, I'M NOT DRIVING IT, IT WAS JUST TO MAKE SURE I COULD GET IT TO RUN...anyway what is it? and why? I'm gonna be pulling the valve covers to clean and paint same with the intake so if it's the head gasket I'm almost there....so, and it' getting a new radiator if that will help

Did you put straight water in the cooling system or did you use antifreeze. Aluminum will corrode, if it's just water it could be leaking around the thermostat housing and corroding the aluminum.

yeah I ran water cuz I've not really been driving it and I've been pulling the coolant hoses alot for differnt things, the main thing is I wanna know if it's a head gasket or not, cuz I don't wanna have to go back and pull all this stuff again, cuz I'm about to pull most of it for cleaning and painting...
