I have a friend (well was kinda a import wanker) and he had bought some cheap cross drilled rotors for his honda, well within no time he has all kinds of problems with pad wear, a bad pedel feel, wheel wobble, and we looked at them and they were stock rotors that had been drilled and chamferd, they cracked at the drill spots and the missing area worped the rotor. I would guess that our stock rotors would prob. have the same fate.

Dammit Ernie just go out and get some made already! :D
The ones you can buy offer you zinc plating which will look nice and bling. You can get them for $100 or so on ebay all day long. :nice:

There's a race shop by us that drills all their own rotors for their SCCA car, and they do it on a drill press. The guys always wins his class and they also work with some HIGH dollar cars like original GT40's and such. Now this guys car was just a rabbit but he never had any trouble with the rotors he drilled even though they underwent heavy racing. Not that I'm endorsing you putting them on, just sharing what I've seen. Myself...I'd buy something high quality...I run the Powerstop rotors on my Cobra and love them.
