I've got 4.10s and an AOD.

2nd gear @ 3K is 35
3rd gear @ 3K is about 55 mph
4th gear @ 2K is also 55
4th gear @ 3K is like 75 or 80

i love the power and acceleration of it.
i dont think i would want to go any higher though just bcasue on the highway around 80 ish the rpms are kinda high and it wants to slow down a lot but there tight other than that

Ryan i'd check your speedo gear...you should be more like 2200-2300 with 3.73s unless your rear tires are really tall. I also wouldn't run anything less than 4.10s with an automatic.

I have 3.73`s with 3500+ stall and no lockup and 60mph is like 2600 rpm.
And if I had 4.10`s I would never get to the 1320 mark below 7000 rpm I also have a 26" tire (275x50x15 mt dr`s) I need 27 or 28".
If your going to go 4.10`s first think about what tire size you will have and converter stall and lockup or no lockup.

I run 4.10's with 245/50/16 tires at 2400-2500 rpms at about 65-70 mph in my 89 vert.

Ryan did you calibrate it after the gear swap? That would read faster than your actually going at a certain RPM?
