Who lets a 1993 teal cobra SVT rot?!?

*sigh* what I mean is Cobra R's seem to be the aftermarket wheel of choice for Fox Body owners, while FR500's seem to be the aftermarket wheel of choice for SN95 owners... this is why I don't come into the 5.0 section often.. you damn hillbillies are dense as frack

ROFL... Clearly Ford thought they looked good on the SN95s, and we all know they look good on foxes... So what I'm getting from this whole discussion about wheels is..... Fox body owners have better taste than SN95 guys.

Ford knows better than everyone what looks good

I agree the Cobra R wheels look great on Foxes, and so do most that own Fox Mustangs. However, the point I was making is Cobra R's seem to be a common choice by Fox owners, like FR500's have become common choice by SN95 owners.

For example:

On an SN95 FR500's > Cobra R's

I rest my case:

So from what I understand, we cannot under any circumstances leave cobra R's rot outside? Unless said R's are on SN95's. And, never, ever trade them off of Foxes for janky ass welds. Even at the expense of performance and driver comfort?

There's something wrong about those Cobra Rs... wrong size wheel or tire - 16" wheels maybe... look and the difference in tire profile... The curve is wrong too. Correct Cobra Rs curve out more than those do. Additionally, the second car would look better with any wheels on it, IMO. Here's some better looking examples:

And if you ask me, here is a similar, but better looking wheel than the FR500:

Right away I thought they looked like 16's. Something is definitely off. I think the 17" R's look good on the '94-98 GT/Cobra but not '99+.

What I find the funniest of all is that the SN95 owner that thinks Fox owners are dumb hillbillies doesn't know the difference between an SN95 car and a frickin New Edge. o_O

Actually, I have grown to really like the 99-04 cars. Sadly I overlooked them for a long time because they were an "improved version" I guess you could call it, of a 94-98 car. In 1994 a lot of people had declared the death of the mustang, including myself. I REALLY didn't care for them(94-98) to the point that I went to the darkside and bought a 94 camaro... and had only foxes for mustangs after 94. This is why I'm not up on the aero- newedge SN95 designations, because quite frankly, I didn't give a ratz. It took the 03-04 cobras coming along before I'd give them a second look. I'm sure I'm not the only one that shares that sentiment, But I'm not going to sincerely hate on someone because of their choice of mustangs... Well except maybe the mustang II...

Ok, who put 4-lug Cobra R's on this car? This guy need a punch in the face.
