Does anyone know what company makes the 6pt. cage that the 2 front extensions run parrallel to the floorboard instead of running from mid-seat height down to the floor. Ive seen them in magazines(theyre not custom) but cant find them and cant remember who makes them.
The door bar must pass between the elbow and shoulder while the hand is on the wheel to be NHRA legal...so I would say NO.
Maxium Motorsports make a bolt in NHRA legal cage that has removable side bars (swing outs). You could also buy any of the popular weld in cage and have swing outs installed as well.
