who runs a short belt at the track?

I am running the alternator, water pump and crank only at this time. I had the move the tensioner a bit but works fine. Being that u have the ASP pullies..and me having the stock ones..I dont think the sizes would be the same. Heres a pic..yeah its ghetto but works for me.

need the size for dropping AC & smog , just want to use powersteering , ALT , Water pump

On my car I use a 5060885 Dayco (6PK2250 old #) belt bypasses the P/S and smog uses AC pulley but this is just an idler as long as AC in not on (no drag). Good for 3 MPH at the top end no noticable difference in ET due to no traction

ok thanks, but i have no ac and no smog, just water pump ,ALT , powersteering

I run only the crank, water pump and alternator, but I do have the tensioner flipped and placed where the A/C used to go. I use a 5060590 from Dayco or a 5060592 in the Gatorback. This is all with BBK pullies... don't know if it helps anyone, but I'll put it out there.
