Looks like a 2.5" cowl, 15x10 6.5 bs wheel, 28" tire and it has flowmaster tails.

Pretty close. 3" hood ,408, 3"Flowmaster tails and I think it was a 15x9.5 wheel( i know the rim was a odd ball size and it was 6.5 BS) 275/60 MT Drag radials. He just got done building it. Only had 75 miles on it as of the show.

I was parked 2 cars away. Spoke to him a bunch very nice guy . Guy is in VA and his name is Brendon. If the car shows were so fairly judged it would be very easy to get his name but that guy didn't even place in his class go figure.

Dont think they offer a 9.5" wheel unless its custom. But now that you say that the tire does look like its tucked a small amount more then most Ive seen(
28" tire)
