Who's installed spherical axle bushings???

Ok, I just bought a set of uppers and lowers with spherical axle bushings... My question is... do you just remove the axle bushing, or the whole bushing and metal sleave?? Thanks.

I put sphetrical bearings in the top arms on the axle end that I got from D +D and I had to remove everything (bushing and metal piece)
