I hear this all the time and was just wondering why. I bought a pair a long time ago that I never installed and I want to ditch them cuz I'm getting some MM adjustables.

Ive never really heard that . If you have them already run them. The mm weight jacker c/a are nice pieces though.

They suck because they break, I've heard of at least 4 differen't people from this site and FEP alone that have had them break on the street and track.

Does that include their new solid aluminum design that they stole from Steeda?

Yes I saw a picture of those broke. Steeda doesn't have the holes totaly cut out on the sides of the control arms, granatelli does, and thats exactly where they broke.

I've also heard a rumor that they're using an inferior grade of aluminum. Anyone know for sure?

yeah this was a big contraversey about 2 years ago with them. I run their weight jacker lowers along with their double adjustable uppers. If I had to do it again, i would spend the extra money and get wolfe racecraft, Team Z, or the Steeda's. Yes, they all cost about double, but it will be the last set you ever buy. Mine are doing good for me but i havent had the chance to really launch on them good. Hope they dont break like the others i have seen. Do it once and do it right!!! You get what you pay for!!

Saw the same pic. It serves them right for copying the design from Steeda and doing it with junk material. I would stick with Steeda or MM.

I just sold some Steedas over the summer. They looked like real nice pieces but I went with the MM coil over for the rear instead.

Here is a thread with pictures of GMS Weight Jacker LCAs that failed on the street. There was another thread showing pics of their ones that look like steeda's broke, but the pictures are down now.
