why is it such a big deal?

:rlaugh: Yes.. the car was so fast I needed them to keep the wipers on the windows...
I actually had it in my Senior pictures, I would have included that pic too with my sweet a$$ acid washed jeans, but was afraid you may have hit your head when you went down laughing... :D

Sadly enough the Capri hasn't withstood our Canadian winters too well. They really have become a rarity in these parts. It would be nice to see a nice RS driving around. It would be sure to turn some heads.

I have had a few offers for my Capri. For way more than I paid for it(only paid $1200). But it's never going anywhere. It's a unique looking car. People ask me all the time. Why dont you put a Mustang hatch and nose on it. I tell them, "if I wanted a Mustang I would have bought one". But I remember two friends I had in high school. One had an 86 notch and the other an 86 hard-top Capri. I would run outside everytime he drove by just to look at it. And listen to his exhaust(dynomax cat-back, sounded mean). I always told myself I was going to get one. Now I got it. And like Martin said, "I'm on this bi... till the wheels fall off". And even then. I'll duct tape them back on and keep riding.
