Why running so RICH?

My 95 seems to be running really rich. It's the kinda thing where if I am idleing, I smell the exhaust. If I pull into a parking space, the rich smell lingers around.

Check my mods and tell me if there is some way I can make the car run intentionally leaner. Just as a PS ... it has a recent tune-up and fresh new O2's in the O/R H-Pipe. Stock FP regulator.

Any ideas why so rich? Maybe I need a chip burned for my car with the mods I have? Who would I call about a custom burn chip if that's what I need?

I think that smell you're getting is being caused from your O/R h pipe more so than a rich condition. My car smelled the same way after I did my exhaust to it.

I should clarify ... the O/R H-pipe has been on the car several thousand miles. It's kinda a new smell ... more rich smelling than normal.
