I changed my wires, cap + rotors, oil change, seafoam in intake + 1 can for the fuel tank, and changed my fuel filter. My problem mostly resides in the first start up, I will try to rev it up and it almost bogs out. I will sputtered, if I leave it alone to idle it high revs for about 30 secs and slowly drops down.

When I do a WOT in 1ST gear, well any gear really. It will sputter and just doesn't seem any power will be made, but the rpms will climb, just doesn't seem to go anywhere if that makes sense.

And ideas?
Thanks
Travis

just use alcohol and a q tip, if there is a bunch of black stuff on the two wires then yo know it is dirty, when I cleaned my maf it felt like I got 50 or more hp at least. A very big diff.

I have done all the steps BUT MAF clean. I will give it a shot later this week I suppose... I will also be changing plugs and checking the WOT voltage seeing if it's within range. oh and check for vac leaks. Thanks for the tips!

Chris, werent you also having an issue with light load and/or low RPM surging or something too? Was it two separate issues?

Glad to hear the FP took care of it.

Yes actually there is, it only happens when I do a WOT rev at FIRSt start up from sitting all night or for about 4 hours or so. It will og on the WOT rev and pop. Kinda strange.
