Well for starter's my car has been getting really off the wall gas milage, i mean it was bad before..but now its sticking around 22-25mpg. Anyways the problem is this when i get on it, it makes this loud vaccum cleaner noise, almost a wistle when i get into higher rpms. I've tracked it down to the passenger side of the motor. Funny thing is it doesnt make much noise when i free rev it, only when im on the throttle moving. I really need your guys help, everytime this loud wistling sound happens my tires loose traction and accelerate to fast? any ideas?
