will 351 swap longtube headers work on my 302 fox

hey guys,
I came across some coated bbk 351 swap longtube headers for pretty cheap, In my car now is a 306ci. So what i am woundering is if they will fit? I understand that the deck hight is the difference between the two motors, So will this just mean the header will be a inch and a half lower to the ground? or will there be other clearance problems? Has anyone came across this problem before? Any help would be awsome thanks

yes but no. they will hang to low and will be damaged. not worth the savings if you are collasping one or 2 primary's due to little clearence with anything on the road.

lrt me know where they are because i would love to buy them and upgrade my exhaust to LT's as you can see from my sig the 351w swap headers would work well on my 351w.

Yea, he's right...your probably gonna mess em' up by banging them on every pot hole in the road, and think, if your headers are hanging low, the whole front of your exhaust system is going to be hanging down low. Just find some used 302 LT's.

lol, i hear ya. Buy the diapers before the headers though
I know id be tempted to do it the other way around...j/k, im horrible.
Almost everything i've done to my stang came off ebay...no telling how much i've saved.

lol it was hard to get the diapers this month because i bought a zex upgrade kit for my nitrous and bought a lm-1 with the rpm convertor. boy am i in trouble. may have to re use some diapers after they dry out by the wood stove.
