im not using msd, but my cap rotor and coil i bought for my 1988 vert, then used on my 95, and i havent had any problems. i think they are the same stuff.
On another note, I was looking at my wires today, one of my plug boots on the passenger side was sitting against a part of my header, and it had burnt through, we pulled it off, and it got rid of the horrible miss, I just can't wait for my MSD stuff to get in so I can get rid of the problem all together
