Will 95 axles fit in a 99 housing

Will 95 axles fit in my 99 rearend housing??

they are different lenth. 99 up is wider slightly in rear axle.

Is there anyway to tell if the two housing apart buy just looking at them???

that i dont know, i'm guessing they are physically identical with the only difference being the axles are slightly longer. Maybe mike knows a way to distinguish them apart besides lenth.

In 95 did they have alot of the speed control stuff like they have on the 99's cuz this rearend has plug on each side..

you could always swap the whole rear end

Would it even bolt up? Which year had a rotor but inside it had a little drum for the e-brake..

are you needing some stock axle shafts or a whole rear end?? if all you need is some stock shafts i have 2 sitting in the garage taht i took out when i did my 31 splines. let me know if you need them.
