will 98 o/r h pipe fit 01 gt?

I can get a great deal on a h pipe off a 98gt if it will fit my 2001.
search forum and could not seem to find an answer on this although i see some brands for 96-04 and some only 99-04. The guy selling doesn't remember the brand and doesn't seem to be marked but looks like a UPR to me. 2 piece unit.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i tried that a while back w/ my buddies stock h pipe off his 98 gt and it wouldn't fit my 2001 gt bc the flanges on the passenger side were different

I think it depends on the brand. The bbk one works on all of them, I believe, but I may be wrong.

Thanks I am most likely going to try for the fun of it. I think I have a 50/50 chance at least.
