I found a nice deal on a 2001 Ford Explorer 5.0 motor with low mileage. Anyone know what the HP ratings were on these motors?? Also is it possible to get one in a 1991 5.0 Mustang without alot of hassle?? If so what needs to be changed on the explorer motor to place it in a Mustang?
Ok, well this motor is definitely the 5.0 motor from an explorer, the worker at the yard said he thought it was a 2001, I wasnt sure, anyways, will a 5.0 explorer motor work is the main question.
