What are you asking? If the brakes will fit? or the entire rear end?
If the entire rear.. Um.. no, not even close.
If the discs, yes, but you have to use ranger axles and keep everything from the axle ends out (backing plates, caliper mounts, blah blah blah), then you have solid discs on the rear. I did this with an 88 T-Coupe rear and 98 GMQ brakes, Ranger Axles.
