Will a '93 5.0 fit a '95 w/ a v6?

I am sure it will but I am just double checking. Also, can I swap all of the electronics to it as well? The reason why I am asking is because I am picking up a '95 mustang for a great price but it has a v6 and I have a friend that has a '93 5.0 engine and tranny that has only 68,000 miles from his fox body that he totaled. It also has a lot of performance stuff done to it such as a high lift cam, edelbrock upper and lower intake, and so on. The mustang I am picking up looks to be ready for the 5.0 as well. The p.o. has swapped out the rear end to a 8.8 with 3:55 gears with quad shocks. It also has the triax shifter with it and I can use that with the t5 tranny can't I? They are interchangable?

I am new to the 5.0L engines but what would be a good set of replacement heads? I have heard the trick flows are very good but not sure as I haven't researched this stuff much. I am hoping to keep this project under 7,000 with the price of the car included and some of the other performance parts on top of that. Thanks Guys!
