Once again I may have not understood the original posters question now that I see your reply, lol.
At my first read of his Q, I thought only along the lines of stock mafs.
If we are talking stock mafs, then there is no cal to any of em.
Now if we are talking about ProM mafs, then as slytherin has said, the cal and inj size has to match up. In this case, I'd give it a better than 50 50 shot of working pretty good if you just bolted it up.
If we are talking about C&L mafs then I don't think you would have that 50 50 shot cause Lee bases the whole C&L deal off of using the electronic module from the oem or stock maf on the new C&L maf. This in turn means that the electronics and the maf curve in the pcm needs to be pretty close to each other.
Seems to me that if you had the electronics from one and the maf curve from the other, you'd need something like a chartroose colored cal tube to make it all work out
Maybe this makes more sense ..... Maybe not
