Well

The install method is different, thats for sure.

I've never looked or compared the curve of the Fox to the 94-95 GT so I just don't know that answer.

I know I could make it work with a tweec or two, but to just bolt it up ... if I had to guess, I'd say you had a 50 50 shot of it working, lol.

You know the Fox meter is only 55mm, where ours are 70mm, right?

I would agree with Grady, one other thing just make sure it is calibrated for the right injectors.

Well

Once again I may have not understood the original posters question now that I see your reply, lol.

At my first read of his Q, I thought only along the lines of stock mafs.

If we are talking stock mafs, then there is no cal to any of em.

Now if we are talking about ProM mafs, then as slytherin has said, the cal and inj size has to match up. In this case, I'd give it a better than 50 50 shot of working pretty good if you just bolted it up.

If we are talking about C&L mafs then I don't think you would have that 50 50 shot cause Lee bases the whole C&L deal off of using the electronic module from the oem or stock maf on the new C&L maf. This in turn means that the electronics and the maf curve in the pcm needs to be pretty close to each other.

Seems to me that if you had the electronics from one and the maf curve from the other, you'd need something like a chartroose colored cal tube to make it all work out

Maybe this makes more sense ..... Maybe not

Grady, I personally know that a Fox C&L sample tube will not work with an SN95, but the Fox C&L MAF with an SN95 sample tube works just like the SN95 C&L MAF. A friend of mine tried this (a Fox 73mm with Fox 24# sample tube on his '94) and he pinged until he needed a new head gasket. I used the same MAF with the SN smaple tube for 24# injectors with his injectos and had no problems to this day.

How about the cal?

What size inj's are you planning to use?

You will have to move away from the flange mount which is no biggie anyway

I run a Pro-M 80mm. Came from a Foxbody. Actually it was from Green92LX's car. He's building a kickass 347 now.

yes if your buying a new elbow that recalibrates the maf to your injectors like C&l i did it on my 94 but know if your buying a new maf sensor and all fox bodies have different computer systems
