Will a H pipe from a 94-95 fit a 87-93 ?

I wanna do away with the emissions tube coming from the cats and dont wanna have to weld on a new H pipe , I know the 94-95 models have the air tube in the header , will the 94-95 H pipe that does have an emissions pipe fit on a 87-93 car with shortys ???? Anybody done this ??

if someone knows for sure it would really help me out .....I am still thinking about going with long tubes but havent made my mind of for sure yet ....I have a lift and welder so relocating the hangers wont be a problem ....I just had to get a new catted H pipe since im here in VA and have to weld up the whole hole for the emissions tube .....
