Will a stock h-pipe off a '02 GT fit a '99 GT ??

Need to go back to stock for a bit, and i'm wondering if I bought a stock H-Pipe that came off an '02 GT, will it fit my '99GT?

I called Ford and the guy said the H-Pipe for the '01 and '02 GT is the same part #. But the part # is different when compared to the '99 H-Pipe part #.

But dont all the aftermarket pipes sell as "99-04" fitting?

They do, actually they sell them as 98-03 kits

04 are different because where the O2 sensors are placed in the pipe
