Does anyone know where i can get some turndowns that use U clamps like the ones shown above in the picture. Various places like jegs sell them buy they are 14inches long and i think the tip of my mufflers to my sway bar which i measured is about 12inches. or can i run without the turndowns, does the heat really need to be reflected down? i think its better if it does dont really like the idea of mufflers blowing directly at the gas tank.

Places like Murrays, autozone, pepboys, etc all carry those. If i did dump my exhaust, i would try to angle the turndowns toward the outside of the car and not straight down.

I have a sound file of what my car sounds like with dumps if you wanna hear it let me know I also have it where I made it backfire hehe fun stuff my friend said it shoots flames and he wants to see it at night to see what it looks like can't wait for that LOL. yeah when I go thorugh a parking lot I love setting off the car alarms people just start looking at my funny as i'm laughing when I leave LOL. I also forgot to say that a while ago the neighbor from up the street came down to bitch at me for being so loud at 12am said I was reving my car up and work his wife and daughter up. Funny thing is I was never at the house the day he said I was and I sure as heck don't rev my car up at that time of night geezz LOL.

I use dumps because no one can tell where the sound comes from. Ricers rev there fart cannons at lights and then I rev mine. They are shocked that they have to have a 20 pound fart cannon in the back to make half the sound and tone my car makes and can't see where it's coming out from.
