A friend of mine wants to put on eibach springs but he is pretty cheap and found a pair of brand new eibach's for a 98 6 cyl. The part numbers are 3518.140 for the 6cyl but the fox ones are 3510.140. I just put on a set of c springs and to me they look the same but I dont know about the ride height or the performance issues he might have or if they will even fit. Anyone have any experience with this. Thanks
will eibach's from a 98 6cyl fit a 90 V8 fox?

They should be the same, the only difference would be the spring rates. the 6 has a lighter enigne and the whole body style and weight transfer which the springs are specific to.

The Eibach kits are different from the V6's to the V8's. Maybe not in size but for sure in spring rate......I personally wouldn't put them in if they're meant for a V6 stang.
Yeah, I figured the different part numbers would mean they were different, But since the sn's were heavier all around I was just wondering if it would work since it is a sn 6cyl versus the v8 and the foxes are lighter.. I will tell him to stop being cheap and buy some decent ones. I just got the C springs on mine and love the look. I think he is just jealous.
