Will stock 2005 GT wheels fit on a stock 1967?

They are stock 2005 mustang gt wheels, 235/55 ZR17. The front is still the 14" steelie until the adapters arrive

Hey, i have these exact rims and i have a 1967 mustang fastback. What will i need to make them fit. Thanks

Man, is this 4 years old?
Do what is written above = 1.5" spacers, no shelby drop, lower profile tires (depending on your springs - you'll hear at first turn at 30mph), 1.25 spacers definitelz won't work

Don't get mad that he is dredging up a 4 year old thread. That means he is using the search function before posting, just the kind of good behavior we should encourage.

You NEED 1.5" spacers or the wheel will hit the upper control arm.

i just bought some bullitt 17x8 off an 06 want put them on my 67 what tire size should i run and sounds like i need 1.5 inch spacer.. what do i need for the back mine just barley hits leaf spring and theres not even tread on them yet
