I'm wondering if these will fit on my '89 Mustang convertible.

They're off of a 2001 vert. I don't see any crossbraces, like some of the others have. The seller says they're bolt on, but don't you have to weld the ends to the subframe? I've also noticed other designs for later models were smaller and somewhat different. He also said they were factory installed. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Negative gentlemen. There are no subframe connectors, and never were on my 'vert. There oughta be, though! I like the bid price. They want $22.50 for shipping. I think I may just go with some aftermarket SFC's. They aren't that expensive. Thanks for the input!

The verts do have extra frame support, but they need more. If you look there is an extra support riveted to the "frame rail" along both sides. Dont hesitate to get more support though. When I put my car on a twin post the drivers door doesnt open. This is not a stiff body at all.

The factory "subframe connectors" are crap anyway...
