Will this be enough to get me there??

Will I see 500 N/A hp with this combo.
I just ordered the last parts last night.

408 stroker 10.7 to 1 compression
Victor jr heads port matched
Victor jr intake port matched
Speed demon 850cfm
Custom cam 233/241 duration .595/.618 lift 108lsa
comp 1.6 roller rockers
Mac long tube headers into prochanger with mac dumps

Will this get me to 500 n/a hp?

If this is a hyd. roller, No. Solid roller, Yes? maybe. Flat tappet cam, Yes? maybe. Really needs better headers to make that kind of power, along with a few other things that you may or may not have. Is it an auto trans or manual? Auto trans consume more power. IMHO

It is a manual trans t56 6-speed. What other things do you recommend?

I would like to achieve 500+ n/a horsepower.

I also have a Zex perimeter system to spray it with a 150-200 shot but that doesn't count.

Need a very good ignition system, I prefer MSD, needs to be assembled correctly, I.E. ring gap, bearing clearance, degree the cam correctly,engine balanced, carb jetted right, proper valve springs for the cam, proper engine oiling (you need 10 psi oil pressure for every 1,000 rpm), correct spark plugs and ignition timing ect ect ect.

I already have an msd ignition module, msd distributor, and blaster coil. I have a high volume oil pump as well. Is this setup able to achieve 500 n/a hp?
