Well with only 14k on the odometer and my first SES light. I knew something was wrong with because from time to time it would hesitate going like sixty or so for a while just a noticable hiccup at different times. Went to Autozone and had them pull the code P0153= bank 2 O2 sensor slow, So I bought a new one. Will changing the sensor out and resetting the computer fix the problem? I've seen guys on here with similar exhaust setup and the problem never goes away. Any advice or help? On a side note, does anyone know of decent speed shops in the Augusta Georgia area, I'm going to be here for 4 months.

Do you have MIL eliminators on your car? If not, you need them, even with a catted X pipe.

Is it your front O2 sensor or back O2 sensor?

The code means the front O2 sensor, the one closest to the manifold.

The saga continues. I disconnected the battery and reset the computer and reconnected and drove the car around for 30 minutes and the light hasn't come on again. Tomorrow i will drive around alot longer. Anyway when I was accelerating in 3rd around 1200-1500rpm the car was hesitating and bucking a little. I was thinking maybe it was still cold since I'd only been driving for about 5 minutes or the computer had to relearn the fuel/air measurements from resetting the computer. Has anyone just changed the front O2 sensor for this code and never have the SES light come back on?
