Will this starter work?

Like the title says, I have a stock flywheel for my 5.0

FMS-M-11000-A50 is the part number at Summit's website. Can't copy the url to that page for some reason.

The aplication charts says it is for auto tranys, woundering if it will work with a 5 speed.

should work fine, my ford racing mini started worked when I had the AOD, and still works now that i have the t-5.
